Connoisseurs of fine art are invited to visit and enjoy the wonderful work that will be shown in this juried exhibition. All the works are the creation of the membership of the USPA. In addition, these original pieces of fine 
art will be offered for sale. The exhibition will focus on artwork rendered exclusively in soft pastels, a fine art medium tracing back to the 16th century. Soft pastels are made using the same powdered pigments that make fine art paints but are rolled into sticks to be applied in dry form. Today, artists apply the pure pigment to create works of art that are characterized by vivid color, skillfully layered to produce images that are uniquely textured and exhibit a luxuriously rich, buttery finish.
