NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others....
A four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, diet planning, & motivational training provided by Dr. John Spencer Ellis....
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This technique was developed by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.
The Orange County Adventure Boot Camp is located in Rancho Santa Margarita (South Inland Orange County), Irvine (Central Orange County) and Capistrano Beach (South Coastal Orange County).
Camps are held outdoors. Directions will be given at your first assessment. On select days, campers may travel a short distance away from the 'base camp' for a fun hike day. You will receive your schedule prior to camp....
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants must arrive on time.
