LNRC has a 12,000 square foot fitness building that is separate from the main building. In this building we offer so much! We have outstanding group exercise and spin classes.There is a Cardio Center filled with treadmills, elliptical machines, upright and recumbent stationary bikes, stair masters and versa climbers. There are both free weights and machine weights. For the latter, we feature state-of-the-art Life Fitness and Cybex equipment. Lastly, the fitness building has newly remodeled locker rooms. After your vigorous workout, go to your locker room and relax in the sauna or in the steam room....
The Jr. Olympic size swimming pool is heated year round at a comfortable 82 degrees. An outdoor Jacuzzi is conveniently located by the pool....
Located at Laguna Niguel Racquet Club, members using either clubs (LNRC or TCMB) may use (the child care) service. A fun place to be for kids between 3 months and up to 7 years of age. Your children will be in the hands of our qualified childcare staff having fun and making friends!...
