"You can telephone us to place an order or whatever: 714 751 2071 or 557 7040 ... only family answers the phone. At least until Charlotte gets brave enough to tackle the job. It is unfortunate that we have had to learn to use the hold button because each call deserves our full attention. Most times we actually manage that trick. If both lines are busy, call back in a few minutes. We begin answering the phone at 5:30 in California's morning, that's Pacific Time Zone and we do Daylight Savings Time. We stop at 3:00 in the afternoon, except on Friday when we close at 2:00 PM. There is no answering machine."
