"LCA brings talented working actors from Los Angeles to Orange County to teach on-camera acting for ages 4 to adult. Founder, J. Robin Miller (Lydia on General Hospital), brings a rich tapestry of past and current acting expertise to the curriculum. The teaching staff brings all facets of acting expertise: film, television, theater, commercials, and voice-over work. All class work is video taped so students can observe their work, target improvement, get privately coached, then immediately tape the scene again to showcase their success to themselves and their parents the last 15 minutes of each class. It’s amazing how quickly our students excel. LCA’s classes teach a comprehensive approach to auditioning but also foster creativity, reading comprehension skills, and self-confidence."
