We opened our first restaurant in 1976 up in Lake Arrowhead with our children, Susan, Larry, Sally and Julie. We converted what had been a little art store into our first 'Inn'. Our menu consisted mostly of old family recipes.
After several great years in the mountains, we relocated the Cedar Creek Inn to the desert with restaurants in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. In 1989 we opened in Laguna Beach in the historic Lumberyard building on Forest Avenue, and in 1995 we left the desert to open accross from the Mission in beautiful San Juan Capistrano.
