Cold Stone Creamery

"Our founders, Donald and Susan Sutherland, have a passion for ice cream! They searched everywhere for ice cream that was “smooth and creamy”, rather than the traditional hard-packed or soft-serve varieties. In 1988, after coming up empty in their search, they opened the first Cold Stone Creamery® in Tempe, Arizona. Using only the finest ingredients, the Sutherlands produced the highest quality ice cream available…making it fresh each day in their store. Every ice cream creation was then made to order for each customer by blending in mix-ins on a frozen granite stone (the Cold Stone!), and served in a fresh-baked waffle cone. Word soon spread far and wide among ice cream lovers that Cold Stone Creamery’s® ice cream was the best, and the revolution began!" Johnny Rockets

Yes, they have a Boca Burger, too, for us vegetarians! "Johnny Rockets is an international retro diner-style restaurant chain that provides the food and friendliness reminiscent of feel-good Americana. On June 6, 1986, the first Johnny Rockets opened on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, offering guests friendly service and great food in an atmosphere that is fun and nostalgic. Every original Johnny Rockets restaurant boasts great-tasting food from a menu of all-American favorites including juicy hamburgers, hand-dipped shakes & malts and freshly-baked apple pie. Guests also enjoy an all-American diner look and feel, servers who know the secret behind getting ketchup out of the bottle, tabletop jukeboxes that belt out tunes for a nickel and authentic décor. Johnny Rockets is the place where every Guest can enjoy all-American favorites served with a smile!"  Buena Park, Cerritos, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Long Beach, Orange, Tustin
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

"One visit to our store and you'll discover why Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is the number one destination of chocolate lovers everywhere. Throughout our store you will discover a fantastic variety of yummy chocolates and confections to satisfy cravings of even the most ardent chocoholic! Watch as we dip crisp apples in thick, bubbling caramel from a traditional copper kettle. Smile as we roll them in a rainbow of tasty toppings to complete your old fashioned treat. Linger awhile longer and learn how fudge is made as we fashion a creamy loaf on a traditional marble slab, the old fashioned way, right before your eyes. And of course, everyone gets a free sample! But don't leave without sharing your experience with a gift of fine chocolate, elegantly crafted and beautifully packaged in boxes, tins and baskets. We invite you to explore our site for product information, special offers or news and events. And when you're ready, give us a call or stop in. We'll keep the kettle cooking for you! Sonic Drive-In

Mark my words: There will be Sonic Drive-in's everywhere in OC within 10 years! You drive up into a stall and order from your car. A waiter or waitress walks or skates food out to your car. There are also umbrellas over a central set of tables for fair weather. Very 50's-esque. But the real story is the food. They have some real taste treats you won't find at other fastfood burger joints - things like Chicken Wraps, Ched-R-Peppers, Drink Add-In Flavors and Strawberry Limeaide. Enjoy! "We are a real Sonic Drive-In located in southern California. We are the only Sonic in the Los Angeles area. Come in for Fresh Made Onion Rings, Burgers, Shakes, Coneys, Sundaes and Banana Splits. We have 30 drive-in stalls and patio seating. Our car-hops will bring the food right to your car!"  Anaheim

Yoshinoya Restaurants

"Putting fast food in a whole new place. A bowl. Yoshinoya's food is a combination of two cultures. It's traditional Japanese cuisine, but it's served in an American fast food environment. So while the food looks and tastes like nothing else, you'll find that the value and speed of service is very familiar. And, all of our bowls are made to order, from food grown here in America. As you can see, we've taken fast food to a new level!"
