"The Golden West College Foundation, established in 1985, is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting Golden West College's mission of providing comprehensive academic opportunities. The Foundation is a vehicle for accepting private gifts, donations and bequests to provide funding for institutional accomplishments that are not funded through public funds.
Individuals and businesses are invited to share in the educational vision of Golden West College and the enhancement of the quality of life in the community. Gifts may be cash, stock, bonds and property. A deferred gift may be arranged through a will, life insurance policy, annuity or trust.
The main thrust of the Foundation is directed toward building support for college-wide needs. To nurture groups who have special interests in supporting Golden West College, there are two volunteer auxiliaries. Each auxiliary is managed by its own board and officers and requires membership dues for its operational expenses. Membership is open to the public."  Huntington Beach |

"Mission San Juan Capistrano, the Birthplace of Orange County, was founded more than two hundred years ago. Today it is a monument to California's multi-cultural history, embracing its Native American, Spanish, Mexican and European heritage. Originally built as a self sufficient community by Spanish Padres and Indians, the Mission was a center for agriculture, industry, education and religion.
Visitors will discover many areas of interest within the Mission walls. You can hear the tolling of century old bells and walk down its time worn paths. The serenity and peace amid the 10 acres of lush gardens and cool fountains, cloistered by old adobe walls, offers visitors seclusion from the sights and sounds of a busy world. Visit the Serra Chapel, Padres Quarters, Industrial Area, Soldiers Barracks, Cemetery and The Great Stone Church."

"The mission of the Orange Coast College Foundation is to support the college by encouraging gifts of time, treasure and talent from alumni, campus & community members....
Over the last 10 years, the Foundation has undertaken several successful fundraising campaigns and activities including efforts that resulted in the renovation of the Robert B. Moore Theatre, construction of the Harry & Grace Steele Children’s Center, celebration of Orange Coast College’s 50th Anniversary, the construction of a Nautical Library at the OCC Sailing Center (The School of Sailing & Seamanship), and the renovation of the college’s Computing Center.
